30 Rock Episode 2

I must say that this 30 Rock episode made me laugh. There is something really funny to me about Tina Fey's character Lemon, how she has her day dream drifts of pass moments thoughts where it seems like she has a case of teret. Then there is Tracy Morgan's character who always seems to be innocent for everything he is doing or what ever is going on. And then there is Alec Baldwins character Jon Donaghy who is classic with all his quirky one liners.

In this episode it was vert funny when they depicted facebook to youface, and the christmas gift exchange. I was very impressed when Alec Baldwin made a comment about his photo and saying hello at the same time and said phollo. Then the scene continued and they got online and Cerie logged on her iphone instantly and Lemon was still on www. the irony of being older was funny too. The one line that mad me really laugh which Baldwin said was I'll check her face fault previous bang bangs. " I'm sorry are being sarcastic, canadiens have a hard time recognizing b/c they don't have a very large Jewish population." "This is like watching Mark Hemmingways write." This show is very satiric in many ways and never stops. And at the end of the episode when Alec Baldwin said to Lemon that Jonathon had to drive the whole way and I didn't even reimburse him for gas.

I must say I enjoyed Julianne Moore's appearance in the episode. Her Boston accent was great. She played a perfect youface user.

  1. I thought this weeks episode was funny also because they had so many different jokes they were playing on such as the facebook or youface and the gift exchange. I thought it was good how they showed Liz taking longer to get to the website then Cerie, that really made me laugh.

  2. I liked alot of the same jokes in this weeks episode as you. The whole youface thing was pretty amusing, and especially Lemon being so far behind the times. I was really surprised by Julian Moore's appearance on the show, and her funny boston accent. I also think this makes smart use of recurring jokes and themes, like arrested development.
